Fran-ZELL’s story is rooted in Palmdale. As a longtime resident, small-business owner, community volunteer, and member of a military family, he understands both the pride people take in this city and the practical issues that can make daily life harder.
That perspective is why his campaign is centered on safer neighborhoods, youth opportunity, small-business growth, better infrastructure, and accountable city government.
